Rishin Beef Steak has been in the butchery business for 35 years, but is now focusing on beef promotion, relaunching itself as a beef promotion center. A. Milano Steak is one of the main attractions at Rishin and has a soft, smooth texture and a layered pink color. The 7-ounce steak set (NT$380) includes salad, garlic bread, soup and Italian red wine vinegar, which goes perfectly with a glass of red wine (NT$120).
B. Foie Gras (NT$250) has a smooth, fresh texture and flavor.
 C. The promotion center sells red wine and beef jerky (NT$150 per 150 grams).
