The "1924" here stands for the founding year of famous pizza flour brand Caputo. To keep its creations authentic, this restaurant strictly follows Neapolitan pizza-making guidelines, such as using Caputo flour, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Its wood-fired pizza oven is also an important element in baking delicious handmade pizzas. --By Ruby Wu, translated by Angel Pu

A. The blue, white and black color theme on the first floor gives 1924's dining environment a comfortable, bright feeling.

B. The crust of Pizza con Petto d'Anatra Affumicato (fresh mozzarella, smoked duck breast, spring onions; NT$390/10 inches) is firm and thick. The most recommended way of eating it is to fold up the pizza, so you can taste the delicious combination of the crust, duck breast, and spring onion in one bite.

PIZZERIA 1924C. Set "B" for 2 (NT$480/person) includes pasta, salad, soup and drinks. The aromatic spiciness of Spicy Pasta with Shrimp comes from the mixture of minced garlic, chili peppers, rocket, and shrimp paste. Broiled Seafood Salad includes squid, shrimp, fish and lettuce, with balsamico vinegar and orange sauce enhancing the flavor. The creamy Cheese Pumpkin Soup offers the savoriness of fresh pumpkins.
