Located near Taichung's Confucius Temple, this American-style eatery has a red, white and blue sign that complements the temple's yellow tiled rooftop in an interesting timewarp/contrast. What makes this place special is its nostalgic American diner ambiance, including an abundance of decorative items related to American music, culture, politics and products from decades ago. The pasta main course selection (NT$140) includes chicken, bacon, tuna and seafood and three sauces－white sauce, red sauce and mixed sauce－to choose from. The salads (NT$120) served here are prepared with Romaine lettuce and seasonal vegetables and fruits with either Caesar or Italian dressings. Fresh juice and all kinds of tea are also available (NT$80).
