Japanese cuisine is world-famous for its exquisite preparation techniues and petite portions. However, at JPN Japanese Restaurant you can enjoy the same quality with much bigger portion sizes. The owner's daughter, Ms. Lai, says that JPN still aims to follow Japanese traditions of only using seasonal ingredients, daily fresh-bought produce and handmade seasonings. They've also made an effort to hire top-rate chefs to prepare delicate courses that will please diners. The all-you-can-eat menu consists of 60 to 70 selections, including bite-size Tuna Raw Fish, perfect with wasabi, or Shrimp Egg Hand Roll Sushi, a wonderful combination of golden shrimp eggs with crunchy cucumbers. The price is only NT$388 per person for weekday lunches and NT$488 per person for weekday dinners and weekend meals. It's also NT$100 for children under 100 cm. and NT$200 for children between 100 and 140 cm. --By Marshall, translated by Naomi Lai
