Opera Lounge Bar offers guests a relaxing ambiance together with five-star-quality entrees. Opera's luxuriously-decorated lounge area features blended Eastern and Western decor elements that exude an exquisite, high-end atmosphere. Every corner of the establishment features a different theme, including mystical Indian/Tibetan flair, Shanghai, classic European-style ambiance, and the more modern and chic. A. Opera Lounge's charming, friendly hostess Lin Xiao-dai, who has devoted herself to Taichung's dining and nightlife scene, has helped add to the unique character to this new nightspot.
B. The Opera Cocktail (NT$400) is prepared with Sauvignon Blanc wine and Hendrick's Gin, plus freshly-squeezed pineapple and apple juices and honey and sliced cucumbers for garnish. This signature drink exudes a fruity, refreshing, melon-like fragrance. Each cocktail on the menu can be custom made according to the customer request in terms of the preferred amount of alcohol, or any specific flavor that you may like to add or take out of your drink.
 C. Grilled Lamb Chop (NT$800) is a juicy, creative dish. To prepare it, the chefs first smear bread crumbs onto the tender meat before grilling, and serve it with crunchy goose liver chips seasoned with rosemary, cheese and red peppers. This unique entree is first grilled then oven-baked for a naturally aromatic flavor that promises to satisfy any palate.
