Zhe Qi Pot Restaurant is owned by the popular Taiwan hot pot chain Coriya Corporation and sells hot pot dishes in which the ingredients are steamed, boiled or grilled. Guests have a lot of freedom when it comes to their own pot and can customize almost everything about the ingredients--from the way these are cooked to the sauces used to cook them with. After choosing a broth, customers can choose to steam, saute, boil, braise or grill their selections. Set meals come with an appetizer, salad, main course, rice, dessert, beverage and seasonal fruit for NT$499 to NT$999, depending on your selection.
