Set in a cozy, French-inspired dining atmosphere, Capriccio Bistro is a charming little place that caters to locals and foreigners alike. All of the main course dishes here come with homemade bread, soup and rice. One signature dish at Capriccio, the Deep-Fried French Fries (NT$90), are exceptionally good and not overly greasy. The outdoor patio section is homey and casual; it would be a good place to relax on a nice evening with a beer or cocktail from their healthy selection. --By Niang Chen, translated by Ann Lee
A.The Stewed Pork Ribs with Spicy Vegetables (NT$260) are thickly-sliced pork ribs that have been marinated in white wine, curry and various Moroccan spices for at least 12 hours. After the excess grease is removed, the chops are stewed on low heat to make them sweet and tender.
B.Their Chicken Spaghetti with Sauce (NT$240) is served with three different types of sauces. Choose from white wine, cream, or tomato sauce--all are pretty tasty. |
