Ken's Dumpling Kitchen serves ravioli made with juice from spinach, pumpkins, tomatoes and inkfish. Inside these little treats, you'll find ingredients like fresh shrimp, juicy pork, and sweet and sumptuous beef, not to mention a range of Italian sauces. The Shrimp Ravioli with Creamy Wild Mushrooms Sauce (NT$75) has a mild, smooth texture. Another dish, Shrimp Ravioli with Pesto Sauce (NT$80), is also a good choice. The Baked Beef Ravioli with Tomato Basil Sauce (NT$95) has a natural, almost-wild taste. The Wild Mushrooms (Porcine) Chicken Soup (NT$60) is stewed on low heat and packedfull of high-quality ingredients. All in all, Ken's offers outstanding ravioli at affordable prices, which is quite a treat in Taichung. Throughout their grand opening period, there will be specials available every now and then and they'll be giving away soup dishes, salads and drinks. --By Niang Chen, translated by Ann Lee
