Young Bank is located on the WuQuan (Art Museum) Parkway across from the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Besides offering a variety of organic foods, this nice store is also a Western-style restaurant. The first-floor market sells fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, all of which are high-quality, local produce. The second floor is a little restaurant that specializes in cooking their dishes with little oil and salt, thereby keeping their healthy food healthy. The main course dishes come with freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice, low-calorie salad, a stir-fried vegetable dish, and a made to order dessert after the meal. One restaurant recommendation is a broth-less hot pot; diners can choose from a chicken, fish, pork, boneless beef ribs, or seafood pot, which all are stewed with fruits and vegetables (NT$480-520). The pot comes with juice, fruit and vegetable salad, organic brown rice, dessert and vegetable soup. For something else, try a la carte items like German Pig's Knuckle or a Chicken and Vegetable Wrap. Or try a healthy, made-to-order sandwich (NT$45) from the first floor and a plate of Italian Cold Noodles (NT$50).
