After spotting this fine bakery from the roadside, I went in and was like a kid in a candy store—what could be better than a good bakery? The small chandeliers project a pale yellow light that shines on the fully stocked display cabinet full of tempting morsels. All the desserts and snacks here are handmade. Hana Hana sells assorted breads which are fermented and made from old flour, which makes the bread's texture very solid. Bread is also made with all-natural ingredients. The fragrance of the baked goods will definitely make your mouth water and entice you to come back. Pumpkin Pie, made with fresh pumpkins and butter, is one of their popular choices, as well as the Bagel with Tartar Sauce and Potato, and the Coffee with Pumpkin Hand-Made Ice Cream. This simple bakery is full of surprises. They mainly serve sandwiches (NT$35-80), simple meals (NT$95-180), and some beverages (NT$45-70). --By Tammy Huang, translated by Ann Lee
