As the demand for vegetarian cuisine grows in Taiwan, restaurants are becoming more particular about providing tasty, visually pleasing dishes for their guests these days. The selection of vegetarian dishes at Cheng Shi include the Emperor Extreme Sour and Spicy Pot, NT$180 and up), Spicy Cabbage & Tofu Pot, and Vigor Chinese Yam Pot. At this vegetarian fine dining spot, they also provide set meals as another option. These include the Cheng Shi Set Meal (NT$120), which offers items like the Vegan Mince Pork and Rice, Vegan Pork Chop, snacks, soup and black tea. Whether you're a dedicated vegetarian or not, Cheng Shi provides enjoyable, healthy meal options. --By Catherine Liu, translated by Ann Lee
