Myriad, lush green plants at the door of this restaurant help put customers in a natural, fresh state of mind when they enter. Although only nine pasta choices are available, all provide unique flavors. Thai Seafood & lnk Pasta (NT$250) is prepared with Thai chili oil and a dollop of cream to combine the Thai sour and spicy flavor with the fragrance of Italian cream. Roast Chicken (set meal NT$460) features chicken marinated in white wine for 24 hours. When cutting into the chicken, diners can savor a light delicious fragrance, folowed by white-wine flavors. Lamb Knuckle (set meal NT$480) is prepared by deep frying the knuckle to maintain original flavors. It is then cooked in vanilla sauce for two to three hours and finally slow cooked in red wine. The texture--not too soft or chewy--is just right. The restaurant's two-person set meal (NT$650) includes a choice from the main course selection, plus pasta, soup and dessert. The three-person set (NT$1,050) includes all of the above plus a salad. --By Niang Chen, translated by Sho Huang
