Kinki, an extremely rare fish in Hokkaido, is famous and popular among fish lovers for its unique taste. This restaurant is named after that fish, which is imported and served here. The chef learned Japanese cooking in Japan so things taste very authentic. "Huo Sushi" provides fresh, healthy-ingredient sushi, while "Zhi Sushi" offers a wide range of seasonal tastes, from octopus, crab, scallops and tuna to flounder. French Seafood Salad is prepared with a combination of fish livers and sea urchins, and topped with mango or kiwi sauce. Highly recommended are meal sets like the Seasonal Set Meal (NT$680), Highly Selected Set Meal (NT$980) and Seafood Set Meal (NT$1,380). Single orders like sashimi, sushi, rolls, salads, barbecued items, soups, steamed dishes, teppanyaki, hot pots, noodles and sake are available, too.
