With no gimmicks and no menus, each bowl of noodles here is prepared with heart and soul, like something cooked for your own family. This is not a very large restaurant, but has attracted many regulars who keep coming back for more. Without any formal training as a chef, the owner has figured things out on his own, and it is guaranteed that you will never have tasted beef noodles like the ones here before. The Curry Beef Dry Noodles (NT$90) contain beef brisket that has been boiled, cooled down, then steamed for 110 minutes. Fresh tomatoes and curry sauce are added only after orders are placed to ensure freshness. The beef brisket has a perfect consistency while the fresh tomato juice and curry combination is a refreshing mix of sweet and sour flavors, as this creative dish takes you by surprise. The Beef Dry Noodles (NT$80) contain just the right proportion of meat and tendons. The excellent sauces are fully marinated into the beef, and the dry noodles are mixed with meat sauce and bone soup, as this simple dish of noodles provides an unforgettable taste sensation. Noodles come with a cup of hot, fragrant pu-er tea that helps cleanse your palate.
