Bliss Intention Kitchen offers five-star enjoyment
for economical prices. Teacher Wang is a food and beverage
business consultant who decided to demonstrate his own specialties
by opening this creative restaurant on BeiTun Road. Everything,
from the interior decor to the choice of ingredients, is guaranteed
to be 100-percent professional. There are four main cuisines
here: Roman, with a focus on white sauces; Neapolitan, with
their red sauces and seafood; risottos from Milan; and Venetian
cuisine, filled with herbs and olive oils. There are over
40 different main courses to choose from. For an appetizer,
try the Wild Mushroom with Balsamic Dressing (NT$120). The
Pumpkin Soup (NT$50) is rich but not overpowering. Teacher
Wang recommends the Pasta with Blue Cheese Cream Sauce with
Sage (NT$140), a surprising combination of blue cheese, spices
and pasta. The Pumpkin Risotto (NT$180) looks simple but is
a multi-layered taste sensation. Choose a main course and,
for an extra NT$80, you can enjoy a hot soup and drink. For
an extra NT$120, you can also have a salad and dessert. The
Mango Panna Cotta is so smooth and tasty that patrons find
themselves eating spoon after spoon as they savor the mango
fragrance. |
