Jing Ding features an elegant and cozy dining environment with neatly arranged dishes filled with clean, fresh vegetables and ingredients. Prices vary according to meal times, with a choice of Japanese Style Hot Pot (single person), Yuan Yang Hot Pot (for two persons) and the Bin Shi Hot Pot (for three persons). Hot pot prices range from NT$229 to NT$329 for all-you-can-eat and there is a choice of seven to eight kinds of soup bases. The Szechuan Spicy Hot Pot has a tinge of sweetness to its spicy flavors. In addition to the appetizing Korean-Style Kimchi Hot Pot, there is the smooth, creamy French-Style Herbal Hot Pot, and the Vegetarian Hot Pot and Healthy Hot Pot for non-meat-eaters. Customers can pick their own combinations and the restaurant supplies top-grade beef, goat, pork and chicken. The pork and beef are especially good with just the right proportions of fat and meat. There are a dozen choices of seafood, including tuna fish belly, scallops, sea cucumber, crabmeat and much more. The shrimp and codfish are particularly fresh. Although these high-grade ingredients are already worth the money, the restaurant also makes its own sausages, duck meatballs, "you tiao" pastry sticks and minced squid meat. Bottled Cokes, ice cream, fresh fruit and cakes are also on offer.
