Situated along the Science Museum parkway
(JingGuo Boulevard) is a restaurant with an eye-catching red
sign, a simple and spacious dining area, and a semi-open-style
kitchen. This establishment prides itself on its special homemade
sauces. Every dish on the menu is carefully prepared with
the freshest seasonal ingredients by the chef, who has over
10 years of experience. These delicious dishes are also very
reasonably priced. The owner recommends the Roasted Baby Back
Ribs with French Fries, which is sizable enough to feed two
people for only NT$360. The Oven Baked Lobster with Mushrooms
in Cream Sauce comes with a soup of the day and handmade bread
for only NT$380. If you prefer a variety of dishes, there
are appetizers available, too, including the Oven Baked Potatoes
with Cream and Bacon, or the Oven Baked Snails, both costing
less than NT$120. Vegetarians will also feel at home here
and can enjoy items like the Mozarella Cheese with Tomato
Pizza. Overall, Casa Rosso offers a quiet location with tasty
Italian food and a lovely view. |
