Chu Shao Nabe-mono Ryouri is situated near
Sogo Department Store and is neatly and comfortably decorated.
They insist upon using American CAB certified Angus Beef and
only the freshest seasonal ingredients. The fat distribution
in Angus Beef is very even, giving it its tender and juicy
taste. The beef can be cooked according to your own liking,
and then eaten with specially made Japanese-style sauces and
fresh local eggs for a smooth tasty texture. The set menu
includes a Japanese-style appetizer (Potato Gratin/ Chinese
Yam and Tomato Salad/ Teriyaki Mushrooms/ extra portions for
NT$50 each); a main dish (unlimited supply of high-grade beef/
seasonal vegetables/ mushrooms) and a dessert (seasonal vegetables/
ice cream/ extra portions are NT$50 each). The wait staff
will bring the food to the table and pour the special sauces;
vegetables and sauces can be added according to personal taste
at no extra cost. There are tables for four to 10 people,
as well as Japanese-style seating and VIP rooms for company
gatherings or larger parties. Smoking is prohibited in the
entire restaurant but there is a smoking area outdoors. Weekday
lunches are NT$298, dinners and all meals on holidays are
NT$358, and late night meals on weekdays are NT$258. A 10-percent
service charge must be added to all prices above. Reservations
are open. |
