Situated at the crossroads of GongYi Road and JingCheng Road is a Kaiseki cuisine theme restaurant named Jian Liu Yuan. Aside from authentic Kaiseiki cuisine, a special mini Kaiseki cuisine has been created for gourmands. Seasonal ingredients are selected to create colorful Kaiseiki dishes as well as Kaiseiki Sushi dishes. Only the best quality ingredients are used here to please their customers. A sumptuous Kaiseiki feast is divided into several parts: Appetizer (Chinese Yam with Tuna), Salad (Imported Lettuce with Mussels), Pickles (Fresh Seafood with Vegetable Cubes), Soup (Flavored Miso Soup), Cooked Dish (Duck Meat), Steamed Dish (Hot or Cold Steamed Egg in a Cup), Fried Dish (Eel Tempura), Grilled Food (Stone Grilled Tuna Fish), Main Dish ( Cold Udon Noodles), Hot Pot (Healthy Pickled Vegetable Pot), Sushi (Nigiri Sushi with Eel and Komaki Sushi with Grilled Tuna). Business lunches are available, priced between NT$500 and NT$550. Dinner sets are priced between NT$1,100 to NT$1,280. Special afternoon tea sets are also available for those who like Japanese-style snacks.
