The creator of this restaurant is originally from Hong Kong,
and has been involved in Hong Kong style dining in various
major hotels in Taiwan for several decades, and therefore
has a good knowledge of Taiwanese dining culture. The restaurant
is spacious, clean and simply decorated. The food here is
affordable Hong Kong style Yum Cha. A lot of ingredients used
here have been personally purchased from Hong Kong by the
owner. There are over 30 different kinds of handmade dim sum,
such as Har Gao (Shrimp Dumplings), Steamed Vermicelli Roll,
Egg Tarts, Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean Sauce, Za Liang
Dipped in Special Sauce (crispy You Tiao wrapped in vermicelli
skin), and Long Shu Yu He Bao. Dim Sum dishes are all priced
between NT$60 to NT$150. Mondays to Fridays during lunch,
you can pick any four dim sums from the menu and pay only
NT$299. Hong Kong Style Roast Goose is only NT$288 per plate
(available only on Saturdays and Sundays). The fragrant goose
meat has crispy skin and is tender to the bite, making it
very popular. Roasted Duck, Drunken Chicken, seafood dishes
and other hot pot dishes are also available. Reservations
are available for feasts or small parties alike. They also
make authentic Yuan Yang (available hot or cold), a delicious
drink from Hong Kong that is made by mixing milk coffee with
milk tea!
