The biggest
draw here is not only the elegant and clean dining environment
but also the delicious food.
The Lobster and Shark's Fin Set Menu (NT$580) includes High
Grade Shark's Fin, Baked Lobster and Fried Noodles. The Baked
Lobster is baked with cream and broth, in authentic Hong Kong
style, bringing forth all the flavors from the lobster. If
you are having a family gathering, for NT$5000 upwards, the
chef will prepare a table full of wonderful dishes, such as
the Yi Pin Seafood Pot (NT$320), Peppered Lamb Steak (N$360),
Lily and Asparagus Stir Fry (NT$240) and, Lettuce with Thousand-Year-Old
Egg(NT$260). All these dishes are the head chef's creations,
won't be found elsewhere, and are bound to satisfy even the
pickiest eaters.
There are a variety of handmade delicacies such as the Fried
Sesame Shrimp Roll (NT$88), crispy on the outside and yummy
on the inside. The Steamed Radish Cakes (NT$60) have customers
coming back for more. The Gueilin Water Chestnut Sticks (NT$66)
is a soft and crunchy combination of coconut fragrance and
freshness that you can taste. The Coffee Pudding (NT$60) has
the rich flavor and aroma of coffee but the soft texture of
tofu. There are also over 20 kinds of reasonably priced congee,
noodles and rice dishes (NT$100-280) to choose from.
