Situated
in the hustle and bustle of Feng Jia, Yi-De Vegetarian
Restaurant is by far the most comfortable and spacious
of its kind in the area. The owner, Mr. Liu, has been in
the vegetarian dining industry for 25 years and maintains
a joy and a passion for healthy-lifestyle awareness. Mr.
Liu insists on health and overall cleanliness, requiring
chefs and waiters to wear mouth masks and cooking oil is
never reused. You will find desserts (NT$30) to set meals
(NT$230) to the ever-popular teppanyaki noodles, pine nuts
fried-rice and vegetarian oyster patties. In addition,
there are casseroles, soup, hot pot and several other types
of noodles. Yi-De provides large VIP rooms, catering to
10 to 30 people, at no extra charge. Yi-De has its own
parking area and not too far away, on XiTun(ShiTun) Road,
is the Wenhwa Parking Lot. --By Regina Su, Translated by
