A wide range of reasonably-priced, tasty Cantonese dim sum, and Shanghai cuisine are available at this restaurant. Supervised by a five-star chef, this is the largest Cantonese dim sum restaurant found in Taichung. Dim sum treats are priced at NT$30, NT$60, or NT$90 per order. An all-you-can-eat dim sum teatime deal (Monday through Friday, 2-4:30p.m.) is also available, including supplies of turnip cakes, yellow crab dumplings and sweet pork-filled buns (Steamed BBQ Pork Buns) ("chashao bao"), and teas are a reasonable NT$20/cup. There is much more than dim sum here, though, with dinner main-course dishes that include Shanghainese favorites like Eel in Leeks (NT$260) and Wu Shi Pork Chop. On weekends, the restaurant opens extra early to offer three breakfast deals, ranging from NT$69 to NT$89 for main course, dim sum and drink. The 280-seat restaurant is very spacious and provides excellent day and night views of Taichung city. Its size also makes the restaurant an excellent venue for large events (like weddings) and there are private function rooms for special gatherings. Free parking spaces from 4F to 11F are available for diners; the parking entrance is at Gung Yi Road.
