      If you've passed by Ritz Landis Hotel on Tung Shing Rd., Sec. 3 recently, you will discover a very special theme restaurant called "Sunfish". It is a very creative restaurant that serves multicultural cuisines. Walking into the restaurant, however, feels like as if you are walking into a stock and bond museum. The place is filled with stocks and bonds from all over the world. The collection even includes exquisitely printed hundred-year old stocks.
      Named "Sunfish Creative Cuisine", the restaurant has developed dishes of Western, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai origin, each with a visually aesthetic presentation and popular taste. The rich variety of dishes can be sampled at once in one course meal that comes with eight different dishes all for a cost of only NT$450. – By Catherine Liu
