This
area of Da-keng had nothing more than a wild goose information
office. But with the hopes that everyone can enjoy this spacious
and picturesque environment, a restaurant was opened here.
The restaurant is filled with trophies of journeys in the
woods and aboard, photographs of different places in Taiwan,
and various mountain bike gears. The place is relaxed and
leisurely, and the dishes here are wholesome and healthy.
There is the live prepared vegetarian meal set (NT$280) and
champagne spareribs (NT$300) made with spareribs marinated
in juices of orange, lemon, celery, and carrot. East Indian
lotus honey juice and grass juice (NT$150-180) are highly
nutritious organic beverages. There are also barbeque area
with ingredients tailored to the customers' needs; advance
reservation required. – By Tammy Huang
