"Morning" Chang has been working the bar at T.G.I. Friday's for three years. For the month of March, this friendly face behind the counter is introducing the Cosmopolitan. Accordign to Chang, this cocktail has been growing in popularity among foreign and Taiwanese men and women for one main reason: Sex and the City. The Cosmopolitan is the drink of choice for Carrie, one of the regulars on this wildly-popular HBO series.

    Morning explains that this drink is appealing for several reasons--the light-tasting vodka, fragrant Cointreau liqueur and the slightly-bitter, citrus/orange flavor. "I really this drink," he says. "It smells good and has a beautiful color. I actually don't like strong alcoholic drinks, so I like this one. Of course, I like Carrie, too, which made me want to try it."

NGREDIENTS: 1 1/4 ounces vodka 1/2 ounce Cointreau 1/2 ounce cranberry juice A little lemon juice Shake the ingredients together with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. A lemon twist may be added as garnish.
