Cantonese Dim Sum

Savored in cities around the world, dim sum is undeniably one of
Hong Kong’s most successful exports. It is a truly unique eating
experience as servers push carts loaded with ‘snack-size’
dishes around the restaurant. Thus, eating dim sum is a great opportunity
for sampling countless Cantonese dishes in one sitting. Taichung
has it's fair share of Cantonese dim sum establishments. Below is
